The staff here is absolutely amazing! Hank and Charday at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and pillows are good, which is rare in hotels nowadays. If I end up working around here again this is where I’ll be staying for sure.

We evacuated here due to Hurricane Milton. This staff have been top tier. We are traveling with little kids (3 & 4). We drove all night and didn't get checked in till 3 am. Woke up 10 minutes before breakfast ended. Ran downstairs to try to grab what we could for the kids. The ladies working the breakfast area were AMAZING they kept the area open longer for us and even turned back on the drink area. As the days continued they checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we heard about any damage with our house down in Orlando. Just the sweetest. Their breakfast has been great too tons of variety and kept super clean. Day 3 or 4 being stuck in a hotel. Our kids were definitely stir crazy and were running wild in the lobby getting their wiggles out. We were chasing them around to not disturb the rest of the hotel guest but the night time front desk clerk was the sweetest and said they are fine let them be kids. Then our kids started playing hide and seek with him. When he left after the end of his shift my daughter goes where is my friend going. Honestly, this staff is the reason for 5 stars wish I could give them more. This was not a vacation for us but they made us feel a little more at ease. Thank you so much from our family.

3-28-2025 Very clean and looks recently remodeled. Bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff were thorough. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal, toast, juices and milks. The only complaint is the slow elevator. But it’s only 4 stories so I took the stairs down. Has a pool and hot tub. Close to the base and a straight shot down the street if you’re going there. Lots of good options nearby within walking distance.

Room is great (door was semi open when we got here Friday night). Front desk staff are quick and scripted (only saw 2 staff; 1 front desk, 1 house keeping). Hotel not as accommodating, spacious, welcoming as the one downtown but, works great for business & overnight trips (what an express hotel is). Room rates are great; especially if you need a room "asap". Breakfast is good. Hot breakfast? Yes! Nothing walking distance tho. Overall, recommended.

Updating my rating since the manager contacted to offer an adequate resolution. It was a courteous and prompt follow up customer service. ** Below is my initial review ** Stayed for 6 nights. Housekeeping- less than average. Requested vacuum and floor wipe during mid-point of my stay. I doubt they vacuumed... TV wasn't working, so I had to make a request. Toilet tank was constantly running. I had to make 2 requests before they came to fix it. Breakfast- average. Noise/soundproofing - Horrible! And why wouldn't they let me check out and give me the receipt the night before when I had to leave at 4am to get to the airport?

Second time we have stayed there. Great service. Clean rooms. Can’t beat the breakfast. Feel comfortable staying there.

We stayed in a king suite while my family stayed a few rooms down. The staff that greeted me when I checked in was great, friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 days, and our room wasn't ever cleaned. Phone didn't work, so u had to keep going back and fourth to get a hold of them. We had to ask for more towels. The pool was gross, with all kinds of leaves floating in it. The bed and pillows were okay, and the breakfast was really what saved this review. Prices for the items at the little store are outrageous. The DONT have pack n plays so we had to buy one.

Best Holiday Inn! Exceptional staff! Very helpful and friendly. CLEAN. Safe. Quiet. Comfortable beds (and I’m picky). Close to several beaches, Navy base, restaurants, stores in every direction. Pool open later than most. Thank you!
